Baoding Center City Power Grid Planning And Design Objectives

As an important infrastructure, city power grid undertakes the role of optimizingresource allocation, ensuring energy security, and meeting the needs of economic andsocial development, which raises the requirement for it to be reasonably structured,flexibly operated while providing a safe, reliable, high quality power supply. At the sametime, in order to maintain its scientific development, the power grid enterprise that is themain investor and constructor, need to have the ability of maintaining a certain profitlevel and keeping sustainable development.Center city, as the region’s leading economic and social developing force, its powernetwork frame not only affects the safe and stable operation of the whole power grid, butalso relates to the coordinated development of sectors of society as well as governmentdepartments, therefore, how to effectively design the center city power grid frame hasgreat social and economic significance.This paper establishes the power network grid guidance and technical principles byunderstanding the situation of Baoding city center, analyzing the social and economicdevelopment situation, and clearing the goal of future developments of the city; knowsthe basics of power supply and the network grid through research, and analyses thepower supply situation in the downtown area in current load conditions; determines thelayout and structure of the power grid through analyzing the load condition in the pastfew years and using this as important basis of making developing plans. Planning anddesign the ideal power network grid of Baoding city center considering the actualsituation in Baoding downtown. This paper fully used the idea of "from far to near, andcombining them" of the high-pressure transmission and distribution network grid, toensure the coordinated development of the power grid planning and the city itself, andmake sure the plan is included in the overall planning of the city, so as to provideguidance for Baoding city power construction and renovation in the long term and a safereliable economic flexible target grid as well as a mid-term grid. Considering the powernetwork planning project which includes the city line project and converting stationproject cost estimation, this paper compares different projects and determines areasonable center city power grid construction workload and investment scale.
