| With advances in technology,ETC(Electronic Toll Collection System)has been widely used in highway construction.A toll gate with ETC work on ease traffic congestion and improve the capacity has a clear advantage,compare with the toll gate without ETC.It is an ideal solution to replace the traditional manual semi-automatic charging model.This paper first summarizes the domestic and foreign development of highway ETC technology,then introduces the equipment layout,road side unit and workflow of ETC lane.Aimed at the problems such as the slow speed of traffic,adjacent channel interference,adjacent car interference and many other issues in Yunnan province,this paper propose phased array radar antenna method to solve them.Phased array antenna has a strong anti-interference ability,goals capacity and many other advantages,can real-time tracking and accurate positioning the pass through vehicle.And can effectively solve the problem that transaction success rate due to the big quantity of ETC vehicle.In this paper,the basic structure of phased array antenna and its lane installation layout are introduced.In addition,the basic principle of using phased array antenna technology to solve the problem of slow passing speed,adjacent channel interference,serious follow-up interference and low transaction success rate is introduced.And gives the relevant technical indicators and test methods.The test results show that compared with the conventional antenna,the ETC system adopts a phased array antenna,which greatly improves the lane pass rate and effectively solves the problems of adjacent channel interference and follow-up interference.The proposed scheme provides a reference for the construction and reconstruction of ETC lanes in the future,and has a positive effect on promoting the development of ETC technology and ETC business promotion. |
