Research And Development Of The Electric Micro- Passenger Car's Controller

For a long time, energy and environmental protection has been the key issues facing the development of the automotive industry, the development of pure electric vehicles is an important measure to solve this problem. As the most critical control technology of the whole electric vehicle, the vehicle control technology plays a decisive role in the power, economy,safety and comfort of the vehicle. This paper is based on the research and development of a new kind of mini bus, which is based on the cooperation project of a new energy technology company in Changzhou.Were studied in this paper modified van vehicle structure parameters as well as the modification of electric micro bus functional requirements, the design of electric vehicle program is carried out according to relevant national regulations and technical standards research to determine the overall scheme of vehicle controller, complete electric automobile related parts of the selection;Research and analysis of the national standard of electric vehicle CAN network communication, completed the definition of the CAN message structure of the vehicle controller;According to the vehicle controller is needed to achieve the functions and requirements, the completion of the main controller chip selection, each pin of vehicle controller's function is defined, and every function circuit design, the final completion of the vehicle controller hardware design and production;In this paper, the control strategy of the vehicle controller is analyzed in detail, and the software of the whole vehicle controller is developed;At the end of this paper, the hardware and software are integrated, and a simple test platform is built. The function modules of the vehicle controller are tested, and the test results are analyzed.
