| As the people pay more and more attention to environmental pollution problems,as well as the state of new energy vehicles to vigorously policy and financial support and subsidies,the development prospects of new energy vehicles is very bright,there are too many famous car companies began to study new energy vehicles.But now due to battery and other factors,pure electric vehicles in the field of passenger cars are still lack of competitiveness;the accurate position of pure electric car in logistics market and the prosperity of domestic logistics market will be the most important breakthrough in the next two years.As the core technology of pure electric vehicles,the current domestic enterprises on the vehicle controller research is still relatively small,Design a commercial vehicle controller can break the foreign counterparts in the automotive electronics monopoly,it has great significance.In this paper,the research set a pure electric vehicle which designed by Chengdu YunKe New Energy Technology Co.,Ltd.and Qingdao FAW as a prototype to carry out the vehicle controller hardware and software system design and control strategy research,and build a hardware Ring system based on VCU-Link platform to assist vehicle controller development.The research work of this paper is as follows:(1)We researched the function and control principle of vehicle controller and put forward the design scheme.Vehicle controller through the acquisition of the driver operating information and the vehicle’s working conditions and changes in the external environment,through the control strategy analysis,issued instructions on the vehicle system to coordinate and control.So the signal acquisition and instruction transceiver is the focus of vehicle controller research and development.The digital signal transceiver module,the digital signal transceiver module,and the CAN network are designed,and the hardware design circuit of the vehicle controller is briefly described.(2)The design of the VCU hardware detection system,through the response detection,hardware in the factory CAN interface of controller,power management module,analog / digital input module,high / low side driver module function test,improve the delivery rate of good product.(3)First of all,the vehicle controller software design,focusing on the underlying software to trigger the application layer software design,including the main program,power control,start control and traffic control and several operating conditions under the program design.Secondly,all the control strategies in the whole vehicle operation are designed,and the control strategy and the switching model of the working condition are designed.(4)Building a hardware ring system based on VCU-Link platform,building the vehicle longitudinal dynamic model and the power system and the vehicle high and low pressure attachment model,linking the model and design the vehicle controller,In the HIL platform simulation of real vehicle operation,the vehicle controller function and reliability testing(5)Real vehicle test and data collection and analysis of the pure electric logistics vehicle.Through the test and verification of the vehicle controller hardware testing platform and VCULink,demonstrate the effectiveness of the two,and the real vehicle test on the vehicle controller in pure electric car logistics,to validate the rationality of the simulation. |
