Currently pure electric car vehicle control unit, motor control, battery management of these three key issues still restricting the development and promotion of electric vehicles, including the development of vehicle control program, this paper combined with the existing under the premise of technical solutions, and in accordance with the actual needs of the project, developped a set of targeted, cost-effective development platform.In this paper, the existing pure electric vehicles VCU (Vehicle Control Unit) done a lot of research to develop methods, combined with the development of pure electric passenger car VCU characteristics, the project team proposed based on pure electric Matlab/xPC Target real-time simulation environment for passenger vehicle control hardware in the loop test platform development program, this paper is on the basis of this program for each module further research and development. The entire platform including basic hardware systems, signal input and output modules, motor controller module, and system test software, real-time monitoring software and other components.In this paper, development and design work several modules described above expand, mainly including the following Points.1. Develop and test hardware in the loop test platform control software. For the needs of the project, the development of real-time communication software, the host and target machine and run on the target machine control functions.2. Develop the hardware in the loop parameter calibration software. Integrated simulink module and embedded code. Experiment of Hardware-in-the-loop platform and demonstration.
