| China is the first automobile consumption power in today’s world, since2000October "Encourage the car into the family†was written proposal “tenthfive-year planâ€, a short span of ten years, the development of Chinese autoindustry has drawn attention of the world. However, as more and more peoplebegin to pay attention to the environment of the earth, the vane of global autoindustry also collective pointed to “environmental protection, energy saving,high efficiencyâ€. Nowadays, the development of EV (electric vehicle) as therepresentative of the new energy vehicles is the important measure toenhance the international status and especially competitiveness of China’sauto industry. In the past few years, the relevant government departmentshave issued a number of supporting measures, which have played a positiverole in the technology research of EV, and also have driven the industrializationof EV in China. The EV industry will usher in huge opportunities fordevelopment with such a good policy environment and market expectations.The main content of this thesis is a motor controller hardware integrationdesign and implementation of EV. First, this paper introduces the IGBT inverterthat is the core element of motor controller, includes the explanation for themain data parameters, the selection factors of the inverter from two aspects oftheory and practical application, the driving technology for IGBT such as theselection for the key resistances and capacitances, the protection andmonitoring technology. At the same time give the theoretical calculationprocess and put forward some suggestions on the IGBT module heat radiationand cooling. Secondly, introduce the selection and parameter specifications ofthe main components in the controller. Design the control circuit and drivingcircuit, explain and example the note matters when draw the PCB circuit board and design the shell structure of the controller. Finally, this paper introducesand summarizes the current work from the laboratory test, the motor benchtest and the vehicle test. And aiming at the deficiencies at present, somesuggestions are proposed to improve the future work. |
