| At present,with the pushing of our country’s industrialization and urbanization,it is necessary to build powerful public transportation system for people’s coming and going and economic development.For this reason,the subway are being built or expanded in many cities.Completing traffic organization well during subway construction to ensure normal traffic has become a very meaningful topic.Firstly,this paper summarizes the commonly used method for traffic organization during subway construction.Then,it focuses on introducing bailey temporary steel bridge and studying the bridge which is usually used in traffic organization during the period of subway station construction.The main contents are as follows:1)Firstly,the paper introduces development process of bailey temporary steel bridge.Moreover,it gives a detailed introduction of all parts’ geometry size and relevant performance of bailey piece.Based on the traffic organization of Xiangya road station in Changsha metro line 1,the Xiangya road station bailey temporary steel bridge is designed during my practices.And,combining Xiangya program,there are nine structural measures to be put forward.2)To analyze the steel panel of the Xiangya road station bailey temporary steel bridge by using the finite element software Ansys,then we find that the minimum surplus ratio of carrying capacity is 50.9% from four calculation items.After numerical analysis on the brige deck steel plate,it has concluded the following rules:(1)When the length of single block deck steel plate is 14 times longer than the space between two adjacent axes of beam,the maximum of deflection and the maximum of warp become stable.With the increasing length of plate,both the maximum of deflection and the maximum of warp are shown as four main processes: increasing—decreasing—increasing—stability.When the length of a single bridge deck steel plate is about 10 times the space between two adjacent axes of beam values,deflection and warp can get optimal value at the same time.(2)When the width of the bridge deck steel plate is 0.6m,the stress of the bridge deck steel plate get the minimum value.If the width of the bridge deck steel plate increases from 0.6m to 0.9m,the stress will increase obviously.Then,the continual increasing width of bridge deck steel plate has little effect on the stress of the wheel function area.Hence,0.6 m,the width of a group of standard wheels,is the best steel deck’s width.3)In view of the subway station construction,it has created a suitable scheme for the city-A level of steel auxiliary bridge scheme and B steel auxiliary bridge scheme.In the case of other conditions unchanged,it calculates maximum span Lmax=24.11 m of automobile loading’s temporary steel bridge scheme for city A level and maximum span Lmax = 23.28 m of automobile loading’s temporary steel bridge scheme for city B level.The Ansys command stream can be used to select I-beam,determine the deck plate’s size and provide the basis for similar subway station steel auxiliary bridge’s design. |
