| As a hot technology built today,BIM technology has been widely promoted and applied in the field of high-speed rail bridge construction.It has Many research and application results have been achieved.In fact,today’s BIM technology is in daily basic technology fields such as the engineering volume statistics,technical interpretation,temporary stent design and construction organization planning for high-speed rail bridges.Software is dealing with daily technologies,BIM technology has not been deep and widely used.The integration,synergy and efficiency rate of BIM technology has not been fully excavated in the daily basic technology field.Research and development space.In combination with the specific circumstances of the scene,this article discusses and research the further in-depth application of BIM technology in the construction of high-speed rail bridge construction above.The main content is as follows:(1)A characteristic analysis of the geometric structure,space positioning,and arrangement information of the whole bridge,and use the RBCCE+Revit platform to jointly build the whole bridge model,and then apply it to the statistics of concrete,visualization of the concrete in the ledger.And laid the foundation for subsequent BIMs in the development of steel bars,the design of the temporary bracket structure and the development of construction organizations.(2)For the cast-in-situ method of brackets required for the construction of turnout beams,the integrated design scheme of brackets in high-efficiency mechanical calculation,material takeoff statistics and cost evaluation,scheme drawing and three-dimensional technical disclosure steps was explored through BIM technology.(3)By analyzing and summarizing the characteristics of bridge pier steel bars,and combining BIM technology to optimize the on-site steel bar analysis method,we efficiently complete the content of bridge pier steel bar sampling,audit calculation,technical disclosure,and 3D modeling,and improve the consistency of daily analysis technical steps of bridge pier steel bars.(4)By establishing the BIM construction organization task model,the analysis of the actual construction situation on the spot is optimized in the aspects of resource allocation,construction progress and cost control,so as to dig deeper benefits. |
