This article took temporary steel bridge for traffic organization during construction in the first stage of under—construction Nanjing Metro Line 2.Xin jie kou station as engineering background. Firstly, the article carried through comparison and selection of relief project for existing traffic during metro station construction. On this basis ,using 3D finite element software ANSYS to structure calculation ,the analysis indicated that it was reasonable and reliable and met the design requirements.Secondly, using finite element software ANSYS to carry out numerical simulation research, the analysis found: a,With the spacing D between cross beams increasing, the maximum of deflection,the largest axial force of chord haulm,the largest axial force of oblique haulm and the largest support reaction for the steel truss, caused by motor vehicles, increased similarly to a linear function; b,It should be set up scissors set joist by joist to improve the overall performance of the force;c,With the span L of cross beams increasing, caused by motor vehicles, the maximum of deflection increased similarly to a linear function, but the largest axial force of chord haulm,the largest axial force of oblique haulm and the largest support reaction for the steel truss were essentially unchanged;d,The maximum of use spacing Dmax between the cross beams was controlled by shear demand and the largest use span Lmax of cross beams was controlled by admitted deflection demand. In the city—B class car load, the maximum of use spacing Dmax between cross beams should not be used more than 1.90m for the span 24m of the steel truss structure and the largest use span Lm ax of cross beams should not be more than 48.8m for the spacing 0.9m of the steel truss structure;Finally, bearing capacity test,construction technology and field monitoring of the steel truss were also discussed in detail;In view of the above systematic research, it indicated that the steel truss structure with a good working performance and adequate security could be used and promoted as a new temporary road system in a new metro station construction in the future.
