| Bridges are important nodes of road traffic.They have important effect and status in road traffic transport system.Because of lower design loads,unreasonable constructions and overload,some bridges built in the last century change into dangerous bridge.Dangerous bridge reinforcement comes into being an important content in the bridge engineering.The project of spanning prefabricated steel bridge by the piers of original bridge to reinforce dangerous bridge temporarily to ensure special vehicles to pass by is proposed based on practices in this paper.The main contents are as follows:(1)Dangerous bridge reinforcement scheme design.Based on the original bridge structure and the engineering background,the temporary steel bridge resistance and the load effect are analyzed,and the structural form of the temporary steel bridge and the bridge on bridge reinforcement scheme are designed.(2)Dangerous bridge reinforcement technical design.The forces under the most adverse load are simulated using the ANSYS software,and the bearing capacities of the temporary steel bridge are checked.Based on the numerical simulating results,the theories analyses are carried out to check the stability and the rigidity of the temporary steel bridge.(3)Dangerous bridge reinforcement constructional design.Based on the engineering background of the SIXI Bridge,the constructional scheme of the temporary steel bridge is designed.Constructional steps and ways are present,and constructional matters needing attention are put forward. |
