Research On The Optimization Design Of Small Dwelling-Size Apartments

With constant increase of population and scarcity of urban land resources,the real estate housing structure is also making continuous changes and microminiaturization,rejuvenation and liberation of house type have already become main trend to cater to youth and wage-earning class' s demand.To improve residence comfort and create a living condition that can meet multiple function needs,this paper provides statement of optimization design for small dwelling-size apartments to get the effect of extending space and further achieve interaction between people and surroundings from different perspectives,including floor planning,material element of space,color element of space and houses for special crowd.Increasingly widespread small dwelling-size apartments are also continuously changing people's residential culture,but they also have to face the design challenges such as how to increase accommodation space or improve utility rate of space.Therefore,the adoption of ways to extend indoor space to create an atmosphere from small space to “large space” makes the in-depth exploration of optimization design of small dwelling-size apartments become critical.At present,the development tendency of small dwelling-size apartments and research status of foreign and domestic design of small dwelling-size apartments offer good enlightenment and reference for us: ingeniously design from the most basic floor planning to increase the accommodation space of houses,utilize varied furniture to improve indoor utility rate of space effectively and jump out of physical design to create comfortable and artistic influence and expand the spatial dimension on psychological level.In view of the particularity of the optimization design of small dwelling-size apartments,designers have to develop innovative residential model thinking,be good at breaking traditional spatial organization concept,perfectively utilize small indoor space to build houses with high residence comfort,achieve people's realistic and spiritual satisfaction in vision,sense of touch and use and improve high efficiency and comprehensiveness of space of small dwelling-size apartments.
