Car ownership in China increased year by year,by the end of 2016,there are a total of 194 million cars,but the number of traffic accidents tend to be stable,because of the safety management measures in recent years has played a certain effect.But compared with the developed countries,the situation is still very grim.Especially in the Western Alpine region Tibet,due to its unique geographical location and natural climate,road traffic safety situation is more severe,resulting in single-vehicle accident rate is more than 50%,higher than the other parts of the road average single-vehicle accident rate 1.58%,road traffic safety situation is very grim.Therefore,the analysis of traffic accident causes and mechanism of the alpine region,can summarize and expand the analysis of road accidents in different driving conditions timely.The cold and high altitude traffic accident analysis also can prevent traffic accidents,which has a certain significance to improve traffic safety.Firstly,on the basis of the investigation of the alpine region of Qinghai Tibet highway traffic accidents data,analyzed the distribution of traffic accidents of the alpine region,including:time distribution,climate distribution,accident distribution,distribution of traffic accident and so on,found out the main form of the accident.Secondly,adopted the method of prominent factor analysis to research and analyse the relationship between alpine high altitude and people,car,road,environment in the whole system,then analyzed the relationship between the influence of these effects and traffic accidents to find the causes of traffic accidents in high altitude area.Proposed the method of Cumulative frequency optimization Apriori algorithm,and the association rules of accident cause in Tangbei section of Qinghai-Tibet Highway are excavated.Thirdly,improved incident equivalent method was used for the identification of accident prone section,then based on the influence of single-vehicle accident factors and seasonal characteristics,used the grey prediction model to predict the Qinghai Tibet highway traffic accidents.The forecast result of traffic accidents can reflect the development trend model accurately.So the government can use the result to plans for the formulation of management policies.Finally,researched the accident prevention counter measures from the aspects of geographical location of the high altitude and the natural environment.Summarized the mode of experience problems of emergency rescue system of traffic accidents in Tibet and overseas traffic management experience,put forward accident rescue improvement measures correspondly and feasible mode of our country traffic management can be used.
