In the field of structural engineering,because of the limitation of natural resources and the influence of technology competition,the lightweight,low-cost and efficient structural design has become the direction of development.For the bridge structure,the theory,design and construction technology of bridge structure have been gradually improved at the present stage,has achieved remarkable results in practical engineering.However,the bridge structure is still faced with problems which may has an adverse effect on structural performance such as local cracks.In recent decades,the topology optimization technology can improve the performance of structure while reducing the structure.Therefore,the topology optimization analysis and design of the components of the bridge structure has very important practical value in engineering.In this paper,the finite element simulation method is used to analyze the hollow slab simply supported beams and continuous small box beams respectively,which are commonly used in the general drawing.Based on this,the appropriate optimization method and algorithm are used to study the Stiffness maximization topology optimization design of web structure under various working conditions.Based on the relevant design methods and engineering experience,the characteristics of topology optimization results are extracted and re-modeled.Then,the topological optimization beam is compared with the original beam,and its strength,stiffness,shear capacity,stability and other mechanical properties are analyzed.Finally,on the basis of the optimal topology optimization beam,the concept design scheme of multi working condition is put forward on the simply supported beam and continuous beam respectively.The results show that: for the simple supported beam and continuous beam,the topology optimization results of the most unfavorable load conditions of midspan and pivot are more regular and more valuable.As far as the light intensity is concerned,the results of the topology optimization and the conceptual design of the simply supported beam can be reduced by more than 10% on the basis of the original beam.The continuous beam can reduce the quality of the original beam by a factor of 5%.In terms of its mechanical properties,the topology optimization results are superior to the original bridge structure in terms of strength and stiffness,while the conceptual design scheme is better than the topology optimization results,but both are in the shear performance and stability.Liang has declined,need to be in the details of the follow-up to be enhanced.In different types of bridge topology optimization web structure analysis in the courseof the study,summed up some optimization rules,such as for webs of simply supported box girder,stress levels in the parts of middle span are usually not very high,so these parts can be deleted during optimization.Based on these rules,we can deduce the optimal topology of the bridge structure to some extent,and apply it directly to the related design,so as to ensure the rationality of the structure.In the conceptual design phase of the bridge,the topology optimization can be used to improve the economy and aesthetics of the bridge structure,to improve the performance of the structure,and avoid unnecessary rework during the design phase.Although the topology optimization results have the characteristics of complex geometrical structure and poor manufacturability,it can improve its practicability and safety through the subsequent detail design,and provides important theoretical guidance and support for building a bridge with high structure and beautiful appearance,and makes topology optimization become one of the important methods of conceptual design gradually.The research results of this paper can provide the direction for the future design and analysis of the bridge structure,and also can be used as the basis of bridge aesthetics design.
