Study On Spatial Expansion And Land Use Strategy Of Qinling Valley Township

With the rapid development of China's economy and the advance of urbanization,the economic level and industrial structure of townships are constantly upgrading and adjusting.At this stage,the township area and land use structure can not meet their development needs.To carry out space expansion.However,at this stage for the development of townships less concerned about the lack of research,leading to the current township e xpansion model single,lack of detailed development,long-term,comprehensive development forecast.And in the expansion of the actual construction stage and no targeted theory to guide its planning layout,which gave the town development has brought many problems,is not conducive to the township long-term,orderly planning and development.Through the investigation and study of the three townships in the four provinces of Qinling area,the data of the development and construction of the townships were col lected and sorted out,and 16 of them were selected as the key research objects,and the historical and current data about land use were collected.Based on the analysis of land use index and spatial expansion,it is found that there are some common proble ms such as low land use rate,insufficient land use in townships and unreasonable township expansion in Qinling valley town.Based on the theory of land use and the theory of the threshold,this paper analyzes the relevant contents of the indicators of the Qinling Valley town planning land use,including the per capita construction index,the ratio of construction land and the construction land select.On this basis,this paper summarizes the spatial expansion characteristics of the analysis of township spa tial expansion dynamics,the analysis of township land use function and the analysis of township spatial form.The study shows that for the Qinling valley town,the existing land use standards and norms are difficult to fully adapt to the actual construction and development needs of township construction,township expansion is an inevitable trend,expand the function and layout of land by the township industrial economic development and natural terrain conditions The constraints.On the basis of the theoretical research,this paper puts forward the planning index and spatial expansion strategy suitable for the Qinling River valley town,and explores the planning and land development strategy of the expansion area.Finally,according to the planning case of Xinzhen Town,Tianshui,Gansu Province,this paper validates the application method of spatial expansion and land use strategy.
