The Reserch On Design Of Service-oriented Government Architecture Of River Valley Town In Qinling

In order to adapt to the progress of society,the state promotes a new type of urbanization,deepens the reform of the system,and builds a service-oriented government.This requires that the government functions should be more service-oriented,open and people-friendly,so that the government office buildings can be transformed from traditional closed to open services.Such buildings have their particularities in function allocation and space design.The villages and towns of Qinling River Valley type are located in mountainous areas,with obvious natural conditions and human environment characteristics,and relatively backward level of economic development and urbanization construction.Through the field investigation of 83 townships in Qinling Mountains,it is found that there are some problems in government office buildings,such as inappropriate location,incomplete function,monotonous spatial organization and single architectural style.Combining with the spatial characteristics of "mountain-river-road-town" in the Valley-type towns of Qinling Mountains,on the basis of summarizing the current situation and functional requirements of office buildings in towns and villages,this paper comprehensively analyses the relevant policy requirements for the construction of service-oriented government and the applicability of relevant design norms for existing office buildings;and applies the theories of human settlements environment,green buildings and behavior to analyze the influencing factors on the design of government office buildings.External factors such as nature,humanities,economy and architectural environment are analyzed,including the functional allocation,spatial organization,architectural technology,style and image of service-oriented government office buildings.The research shows that the design of government office buildings in villages and towns in Qinling Valley must adapt to the natural environment,satisfy the government service function,apply modern construction technology and embody regional cultural characteristics.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper puts forward the development trend and design orientation,land use standard and layout mode,function setting and construction standard,using streamline and space organization,green technology and building environment of service-oriented government office buildings in villages and towns in Qinling valley.The proposed function selection and construction standard has innovative academic value,space organization model and construction environment.Technical design strategy has certain practical significance for the design of government office buildings in similar areas.Taking the design of administrative service center in Wangchuan Town of Tianshui City as anexample,the application methods of the research results and design strategies are verified.
