| In recent years,the scale of the construction industry is also growing with the rapid development of the national economy.All aspects of the project construction have been developed and improved.At the same time,the construction industry has also produced a variety of problems with the booming development.In the process of engineering construction,there are many problems concerning time,quality,cost and safety.The main cause of the problem is that the construction companies failed to take reasonable and effective project management methods.There exists a close relationship between the targets of a project,but the construction companies often ignore the relationship between them.Unreasonable allocation of the project resources thus leads to the occurrence of various problems.The facts show that all the project targets constitute a system.In order to improve the efficiency of project management and minimize the probability of occurrence of engineering problems,we should apply integrated management.First of all,this thesis analyzed the relationship between the project targets from various aspects,and the special relationship between time,quality,cost,safety is also studied in this thesis.Then,four targets integrated management of projects is summarized.At the same time,a detailed summary of the factors that influence the four targets integrated management of projects is carried out.Subsequently,chain-pole equilibrium management model is proposed to be applied in the integrated management of project.This thesis builds a structure model for project integrated management;Meanwhile,time,quality,cost,safety integrated management model is built in this thesis.The management model is used to monitor whether the target system of the project is in equilibrium state through the weight of project targets and number of resources’ comprehensively using capability of each target.The results show that whether the chain-pole is in equilibrium can reflect the construction project’s running condition,and we can find out the influence factors of imbalance through the analysis.Adjustment method is proposed that fix the number of resources’ comprehensively using capability of the maximum weight target and adjust other targets to ensure the normal operation of projects;In the end,a project example is used to verify the practicality and feasibility of this model in project construction. |
