With the increase in the area of public building and the diversification of functional requirements,it’s total energy consumption and the proportion of energy consumption in the whole society is increasing.In order to deal with this problem,this paper builds a complete energy efficiency evaluation index system by studying the construction of large public building energy consumption monitoring and energy saving optimization information platform,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to scientifically evaluate the energy efficiency level of the building and based on the "energy saving",To study the optimization of energy-saving control strategy for mechanical and electrical equipment,energy-saving monitoring platform to achieve energy-saving monitoring from the main assessment of energy-saving direction.First,this article analyzes the information platform demand,designs the information platform technology structure,introduces the function and the system interaction and the integration scheme of each kind of third party system.This paper introduces the hardware foundation of building the whole platform-building energy consumption data acquisition and transmission system,and designs the energy consumption index set which characterizes the energy consumption of buildings.Building Energy Efficiency Assessment and Identification As a common method for evaluating the level and level of building energy efficiency,it is still in the field of field review and paper form scoring in domestic research.In this paper,a complete set of large-scale public building energy efficiency evaluation index system is designed by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the real change from table review to online evaluation is realized.For the division of the scores in the index set,the model is constructed by the professional level analysis software YAAHP,the judgment matrix is set,and the weight value of each item is calculated to match the score.And through four analytical methods to study the overall energy efficiency of the building.In some public buildings,the use of energy-efficient building equipment did not fundamentally solve the energy problem of the building.Therefore,according to the criteria of "energy saving" in the main energy consumption in the building,the article designed a variety of energy-saving control strategies And optimization control algorithm,based on the high performance of the equipment,to further reduce the energy consumption of public buildings to address the lack of energy conservation caused by energy waste.Finally,we designed the Web application based on the platform design structure the use of Java Web development technology.
