Xi’an Sanxue Street Historical And Cultural Blocks Protection And Renewal Of City Design Dimensions

Sanxue Street Historic and cultural district is located in Wenchang in the southwest corner of the Sui Dynasty Imperial Ancestral Temple is located,Fuxue appeared in the Northern Song Dynasty,the Ming and Qing Dynasties culture and education functions are perfect,has been formed in Changan County,Xi’an Xianning County,Fuxue and Guanzhong academy.Experience of development of each period of evolution,Sanxue Street Historical and cultural blocks formed by culture as the leading characteristic of residential and commercial districts coexist pattern,its regional position,morphological characteristics and spatial texture with indelible history.But the block is not close enough to the surrounding areas,especially the lack of overall relationship with the landmark buildings such as the south gate,historical cultural blocks and bell towers,which restricts the development of blocks.Although the culture of the block is deep,the contemporary people know little about it,which leads to a low level of awareness of the place.If this continues,the street culture will be in jeopardy.And the residents do not pay attention to the protection of the old house,wantonly build,rebuild,integrity of the historical features of the destroyed to some extent.In this paper,using literature,investigation,case study and system analysis method,taking Xi’an Sanxue Street Historical and cultural blocks as the object,based on the perspective of city design dimensions,mainly from the following several aspects: firstly,the concept,historical and cultural blocks of elements,types and functions of in-depth analysis of relevant theories the interpretation of the various dimensions of city design;secondly,analyzes the development of Sanxue Street Historic District from the Tang Dynasty to the contemporary evolution,summed up the block in the characteristics of different periods;then,through field investigation,shape dimension,visual dimension,cognitive dimension,functional dimensions of Sanxue Street Historical and cultural blocks are analyzed based on the summed up the problems existed in the development of the city;then according to the regional characteristics from north to south from Ji’nan Street-BaiHuaZhou calendar The history of cultural blocks,Chengdu Kuan Alley and Zhai Alley and Fuzhou three square seven lane,through the interpretation of the case,extracted from the update principle and Inspiration of historical and cultural blocks;finally,combined with the city dimensions of design techniques,analyzes the existing problems of Sanxue Street Historic District from the aspects of space form,visual effects,cognitive function,site update etc.,and learn from the experience of the case,Sanxue Street Historical and cultural blocks are optimized,put forward the protection and development strategy to adapt to the.Through the above analysis,put forward the protection and renewal of historical and cultural blocks principle,including historical authenticity principle,protection principle,progressive principle,the principle of appropriate update times and the public participation principle,based on these principles,the city design perspective,proposed to update the protection of historical and cultural blocks strategy,mainly from the dimension of shape to block the public space overall control,from the visual dimension of the whole street style upgrade,strengthen,from the dimensions of the function blocks to improve the overall quality of block image features from the cognitive dimension.
