Study On The Construction Of Heterogeneous Buildings’ Value Evaluation System And Reuse Strategy In EnNing Road Of Guangzhou

The renovation of historic district have a long-term practice in China,with a large number of related theoretical and literature research.In the past,Usually the traditional style buildings as a block transformation and update the focus.Those buildings that are different from the historical neighborhoods are often forced to remodel and dismantle to ensure that the neighborhoods are united in a particular historical period and architectural style.This article defines the buildings that different from the block construction era,architectural style as “heterogeneous building”.And the value of these heterogeneous buildings,like the historic buildings in the neighborhood,deserves to be excavated and studied.First of all,heterogeneous buildings are historical blocks to ensure the historical and cultural diversity and authenticity of the important part.Secondly,the emergence of heterogeneous buildings have a certain logical inevitability,they are often in order to regulate the traditional neighborhood and modern life contradiction born in modern society to reflect a certain importance.Finally,heterogeneous buildings also have the potential to have some potential development value,reasonable excavation and utilization will be conducive to long-term development of neighborhoods.This article takes the historical district of Enning Road in Guangzhou as an example.And research on heterogeneous buildings in historical neighborhoods.The study consists of three parts: 1.Give the concept of heterogeneous building clear;2.To establish the value evaluation system of heterogeneous buildings in historical neighborhoods and apply to heterogeneous buildings in historical streets of Enning Road;3.Put forward the re-use strategy of heterogeneous buildings and combine the results of the reconstruction of heterogeneous buildings in Enning Road Historic District.The first part presents the concept of heterogeneous architecture and establish a set of objective science of heterogeneous building screening standards,then use in the Enning Road historical block example,to determine the neighborhood needs to evaluate the scope of heterogeneous buildings.The second part is based on the concept of heterogeneous building established above,to establish a scientific and objective value evaluation system for heterogeneous buildings that need to be evaluated in historical neighborhoods.The system includes the evaluation purpose of the heterogeneous building,the evaluation index and the weight value of each evaluation index.The evaluation system is then applied to the heterogeneous building samples in the selected Enning Road Historic District to arrive at the result.The third part is based on the establishment of the heterogeneous building value evaluation system,put forward the corresponding heterogeneous building reuse strategy.And the corresponding re-use strategy is given for the evaluation results of heterogeneous building samples in Enning Road Historic District.
