Study On The Historical District Of Yong Qing Fang On Enning Road In The Context Of Authenticity Theory

Since the reform and opening up,China's urbanization level has accelerated with the rapid development of the social economy.Not only has the city expanded significantly,but also the city's industrial development,leisure environment,road traffic,residential quarters,commercial areas,public service facilities,etc.Great changes have taken place.Especially in recent years,China's urban development model has gone from extensive to high-quality roads,and the urban living and employment environment has improved significantly.As a carrier of the city 's historical memory,historical and cultural blocks are an important expression of the locality of the city in the era of globalization,and a very valuable wealth resource for the city.The deterioration of the environment is facing the crisis of survival and the opportunity of being renewed by a large city.At the same time,the contradiction between the protection of historical and cultural blocks and urban renewal has become increasingly prominent.One of the most controversial focuses is the "authenticity" of historical and cultural blocks.On the one hand,cultural heritage protection experts believe that the planning and construction of historic blocks into tourist areas for the purpose of developing cultural tourism economy will often make them lose "authenticity";It should no longer be limited to the "object authenticity" of tourist destinations,but also need to pay attention to the "subject authenticity" of tourist experience.Therefore,how to correctly understand and handle the "authenticity" of historical and cultural blocks,the relationship between protection and renewal,and the relationship between society and economy have very important theoretical and practical significance.According to different theoretical perspectives of authenticity,combined with the actual situation of historical and cultural blocks to discuss the authenticity of historical and cultural blocks by region and resource type,a more comprehensive and three-dimensional theoretical framework for authenticity analysis is established to provide a deeper understanding of historical and cultural blocks The issue of planning and construction of the city is of great significance to promote the scientific and rational development of historical and cultural blocks.Based on the research of existing related disciplines,this article defines the concepts of historical and cultural blocks,authenticity and other related concepts,and summarizes the progress made by domestic and foreign scholars in the research of the authenticity of historical and cultural blocks in recent years.As a typical representative of urban renewal,the Yongqingfang Historical and Cultural District of Enning Road in Guangzhou has received great attention from the public and the media in recent years.To this end,this paper takes Yongningfang,Enning Road,Guangzhou as an empirical case,and studies the object authenticity and subject authenticity respectively according to the different theories of authenticity theory.First of all,this article introduces the basic situation of Yongning Square in Enning Road from the perspective of object authenticity.Through literature analysis and on-site investigation,the status quo of the authenticity of the objects in the historical and cultural blocks of Yongqing Square in Enning Road is analyzed.After the update,no matter the street space,architectural style,residents' lifestyle and business structure have undergone major changes,the level of object authenticity is low.Then,from the perspective of the perception of the authenticity of the tourists' subjects,the subject's cognitive image and subject's emotional image of Yongqingfang are obtained through the big data network text analysis technology.After that,try to apply the theory of authenticity based on the above tourists' cognitive and emotional images,according to different theoretical perspectives of authenticity research,to discuss its authenticity issues with a comprehensive three-dimensional authenticity context theory framework.Through the analysis of the case,it is concluded that the authenticity of the object has its own limitations.At the same time,the authenticity of historical and cultural blocks is complex and diverse.Different types of cultural heritage are suitable for interpretation with different authenticity perspectives.Finally,on this basis,the strategy for protecting and improving the authenticity of historical and cultural blocks under the background of urban renewal is proposed.
