| Air traffic control is an important unit to ensure the normal flight.With the development of national economy and society,the flight volume increased year by year,the operation of the air traffic control unit operating pressure also will continue to increase.How to increase the number of flights in the case of increasing the protection of pressure to ease the air traffic control unit is an urgent need to solve the problem.The flight plan is the basis for the implementation of air traffic control,but in recent years the number of flights increased year by year so that the traditional decentralized flight planning work has been unable to meet the growth needs of the two flights.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the centralized management of flight plans to enhance the capacity of air traffic control and service quality.In the current technology,intelligent,intensive background,developed a set of efficient and intelligent flight planning centralized processing system,has become the necessary development of air traffic control.Central and South China flight planning centralized processing system is based on the above background,fit the first line of control needs R & D from a set of multi-source data centralized processing,flight planning centralized production,basic data collective sharing efficient intelligent system.For the South China Operations Management Center work safety,comprehensive,efficient,intelligent operation to provide scientific and technological support.This paper introduces the flight plan centralized processing system in detail.This paper first analyzes the requirements of the flight planning centralized processing system.And then from the structure design,high availability design,software function module design,database design and other aspects of the flight plan centralized processing system for a detailed discussion.Finally,this paper introduces the implementation of the system and the test situation with the part of the software running interface.The system has been based on C # language.Utilize IBM MQ message middleware and SQL Server database to effectively implement the flight plan centralized processing system.This paper describes the flight plan centralized processing system has begun in the South China air traffic control unit test run.After a period of trial operation proved that the system is stable,accurate data,updated in a timely manner.System functions to meet the current business needs,with good scalability,can be further to the needs of the department to promote. |
