Taking the 9×66 m span of the reinforced concrete slab arch of the Hutuo River Bridge in Shijiazhuang New Town Avenue as the research object,this paper studies the construction process of concrete slab arch and expounds the theory and method inthisbridge construction monitoring.The main arch of the bridge is made of reinforced concrete arch,with a section height of 1.0 m and a width of 21.5 m.The C40 concrete is used.The theoretical number of a main arch ring concrete is 1435.3 m3,and the 18 main arch of the whole bridge is 25835.4 m`.There are some main technical difficulties of this project:with the flow of stable landscape water at bridge site,the geology conditions which do not have the foundation pit slope excavation conditions mainly consist of gravel,round grain soil and the main grainy soil and need to use steel sheet pile to reinforce it;as a stent of main force components in construction,the main arch ring has strict requirementson the installation,removal process with the large number and heavy quality concrete;concrete components have the large volume in construction and the construction control requirements of large volume of concrete are very strict.With the elaboration of the construction process,this paper introduces the whole process of the arch bridge construction and the control method and monitoring technology of various construction difficulties.
