| With the development of new materials,new technology,new method and promotion,the construction of CFST arch bridge is becoming more and more popular.But current steel pipe concrete arch bridge in the construction process exists some aspects which need to be optimized,the promotion and the key technology of the concrete filled steel tube(CFST)is also not comprehensive enough,construction technology on the design of the feedback and guidance is relatively small,resulting in a design personnel in the design of this kind of bridge much or according to experience to,which for the bridge construction is obviously not enough scientific and economic.The research for concrete filled steel tube arch bridge key construction technology is not comprehensive enough,combining theory with practice,of steel pipe concrete rigid skeleton arch bridge outsourcing concrete pouring of the longitudinal section and line control,lifting control,cable systems,and other aspects are analyzed and studied.The main research contents include:(1)For the concrete filled steel tube(CFST)classification and the construction process and construction technology of the elaboration,the development and research status of domestic steel pipe concrete arch bridge and calculation method and construction technology of were general description,using the large-scale finite element analysis software of steel tube concrete rigid skeleton modeling and analysis.(2)Analysis of the steel tube concrete arch bridge arch rib hoisting control.At the same time,analyze the cable system,of main cable of cable force respectively by hand calculation and large space finite element software ANSYS electric calculation method combining be mutual authentication,the parameters of the cable system of main cable,anchor,steel anchor box component analysis,checking the strength,stiffness and stability.(3)In order to adjust the concrete in concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge perfusion tube,and made some adjustments,adjusted tube concrete pouring scheme has high stability,ease of construction,and to the structure stress.(4)Analysis the traditional strength of skeleton of outsourcing concrete vertical pouring,put forward a kind of improved "first arch,vault again.Finally,in 1 / 4 and 3 / 4 closure" of outsourcing concrete verticalpouring method,compared to traditional first arch foot arch and vault and arch foot method,the structure should be the force and displacement changes more smoothly and is more convenient for controlling and adjusting the construction.At the same time,the stability of the structure has also been a corresponding increase.(5)The results of the study are combined with the real bridge measurement,and the results are verified and modified by each other.. |
