Bridge crane in heavy industrial production has always been an important and indispensable technical equipment,modern logistics must also have the advanced technical support and application of the crane.And the strong development of computer technology,and the source of the impetus social economy progress.In the equipment manufacturing industry sectors such as bridge crane,all kinds of advanced intelligent optimization calculation,the application of simulation technology and theoretical research fruitful,promote new industry constantly.But comprehensive existing research in realizing optimization algorithm is improved,the virtual model validation,numerical simulation analysis is "normal",namely the module of integration is not high,poor consistency of the systems,data redundancy,operation safety and reliability.Based on improve the comprehensive use of modern design method of bridge crane,based on the c # language,based on the.Net Framework platform,with VS2015 for integrated development environment,provide the interface with the help of the software system was open to the public,research development of integrated bridge crane application class library,expect to achieve technology integration problems.For the following research:(1)Based on the c # language,machine structure design and calculation method of analyzing bridge in optimizing the allocation of CPU and memory to store thread processing calculation under the condition of structure strength,stiffness and stability of the structure of bridge crane,and a series of data,and configure the different functions for different objective function optimization problem.(2)The continuous and discrete data mixed coexistence situation,optimization of variable domain set,using c # design pattern,based on the particle swarm algorithm,designed the new optimization method and applied to the calculation in the design of bridge crane,and the effectiveness of the algorithm is validated by actual structure.(3)With Solid Works system developed with Microsoft VSTA technologyas the foundation,the secondary development corresponding bridge crane automatic modeling,quickly figure out function.(4)With ANSYS secondary development interface technology,by APDL program,realized the bridge crane parametric finite element analysis model and the structure statics and vibration modal analysis method.Finally achieve the overall system integration.
