The Micro Exploration Of Xibe Drainage Agent In View Of Ecological Perspective

Yili,is located in the northwest of our China's Xinjiang area,known as the "Jiangnan of beyond the Great Wall".However,due to the unreasonable use of water resources in Yili area in recent years,the ecological environment of Yili area has gradually deteriorated,and become very fragile.The construction of water conservancy infrastructure of xibe and the channel of agricultural development,bring a certain impact on the ecological environment of the Qapqal County.It is of great significance for us to sum up the historical experience and lessons,in order to deal with the problems of ecological environment and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the economy in the Qapqal county.This paper takes Qapqal County on the history of agricultural economic development as a clue,to observe the county water conservancy project of xibe canal as the object of study.Analyzed and discussed the agricultural development and ecological environment effects since the Qing dynasty built so far of the Qapqal County.Firstly,briefly described the Yili of Qapqal County's basic facts and the Xibe ethnic minorities after life of garrison in the region.On this basis,analyzed the specific reasons for the construction of the canal,the source of funds,the construction scale,the Xibe canal construction produced ecological benefits of Qing Dynasty and the period of the Republic of China.And discussed the canal repair,modernization,construction arrangement,funding sources and ecological effects since the founding of new China especially after the reform and opening up.Finally,the following conclusions are obtained.(1)In the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China,the development of water conservancy project on the the local ecological environment has brought positive influence.To strengthen the ability to resist natural disasters;expand the coverage rate;to promote the formation of agricultural ecological system for Qapqal county area;improve the environment of the Yili area carrying capacity;but also promote the emergence of the Tianshan Mountain Area of the oasis landscape.(2)Since the founding of the Xibe canal renovation and after the reform and opening up modernization has brought good ecological benefits to the county police area.The area of vegetation in the area has been expanded,the saline alkali land has been improved,the regional microclimate has been improved,and the ability of flood control and drought relief has been improved.But with the improvement of agricultural mechanization level,the Xibe canal facilities renovation,and then the large scale reclamation,this excessive agricultural development in improving the old irrigation area of crop yield.At the same time,it has some negative impact on the ecological environment of the South Bank of Yili river.The occurrence of secondary soil salt,grassland degradation,land desertification and soil erosion serious problems.In summary,combined with the construction of Xibe canal of historical experience,for the construction of Ecological Qapqal County,promote some practical countermeasures are put forward to the health economic sustainable development of county area.
