Automotive connectors in the automotive current and signal transmission processplay an important role in the link,so the transmission reliability of connectordraws more and more people's attention.With the improvement of automobile comfort and functional requirements,the development of the automobile industry is changing.The high-current terminals can meet the requirements of more electric power devices,so their use is also more extensive.According to the current use of high-current terminal of the survey,the current high-current terminals in the course of the use prevalence a significant shortcomings,the terminal in the course of ablation often occurs,ranging from functional loss,heavy car burning will occur,endangering people's lives and property safety,so the problem must be resolved.In this paper,the design principle and design method of this kind of connector are studied by using a kind of high-current connector DJ7021-A,which is a kind of 9.5 specification.The failure mode and stress of the product are analyzed by professional connector analysis software ABAQUS The distribution is analyzed and optimized to find out the main reason for the positive pressure decay of the socket terminal shrapnel.And use TRIZ innovation theory method,combined with product design experience,come to solve a number of problem solutions.Through the CAE stress and strain analysis of each scheme,the ideal design scheme to solve the problem of elastic attenuation is determined.And the use of CAD design software UG modeling module and ABAQUS analysis software combined to complete the product structure of the three-dimensional design,and put into production to meet the actual needs.The main research contents are:1.Taking a large current socket terminal DJ7021-A as an example,this paper analyzes the ablation problem of the product,and uses the finite element ABAQUS analysis to find the starting point of the design idea according to the stress distribution.2.Through the transformation of the domain problem and the standard problem,the TRIZ innovation theory is used to obtain the design scheme.Through the analysis of each design scheme,the optimal design scheme and the design of the high-current socket terminal DJ7021-B are completed with the three-dimensional design software The3.Design and manufacture of modules,the completion of the trial production.The production of debugging products after the completion of the electrical performance and mechanical properties of the test.Through the analysis of the test results,the design scheme is further optimized to solve the problem of the shrapnel attenuation of the socket terminal and meet the actual requirements of production.
