Roller round machine is an important machine for forming ring molding.With the development of today’s society,the demand of roller round machine in industrial industry is increasing.China’s roll round machine research started late,althoPRO/Eh the progress is obvious,but the current roller round machine research technology is not yet mature.There are two main problems in the three-roll flat-roll machine at present:(1)It is easy to run-off the straight to produce the taper when the three-roll flat-roll machine rolling flats with different widths,(2)The accuracy of docking of the both ends in the three-roll flat-roll machine is not high when it rolling flats.Aiming at the two main issues and based on the three-roll flat-roll machine at present,this article analyzes and finds the design contradiction throPRO/Eh using TRIZ theory,and then puts forward the solution and design flow.According to the solution and design flow,this paper analyzes the design and calculation of the key components of the three-roll flat-roll machine,and determines the relevant technical parameters of the sliding-type three-roll flat-roll machine.ThroPRO/Eh the finite element software,this article analyzes the force and finds the design of the key components of the design of the rolling machine is in line with the requirements of the force.ThroPRO/Eh structural improvement,the author provides a new sliding-type three-roll flat-roll machine to improve these problems,which are it is easy to run-off the straight to produce the taper when the three-roll flat-roll machine rolling flats with different widths and the accuracy of docking of the both ends in the three-roll flat-roll machine is not high when it rolling flats,provides a new idea for the design and optimization analysis of the flat-roll machine and provides some reference value for the improvement of the flat-roll machine at the same time.By using the TRIZ theory,the problem of the three-roll roll machine is solved,which provides a new idea for the design and optimization analysis of the roll round machine,and improves the working precision of the three-roll roller machine.In this paper,the TRIZ theory is applied to the practical problem,and the solution to the specific problem is given,which is of guiding significance to the innovative design of the three-roll roller machine.
