| China’s economy have been developing rapidly since the reform and opening up,the city began a large-scale residential construction to meet the needs of housing.With time going by,these settlements have become increasingly obsolete and difficult to meet the increasing demands of material and spiritual life of the residents.Residential area,as the most closely related to the resident’s living relationship,is extremely urgent to reform,to understand the real needs of the residents,and to rebuild the neighborhood living scene of the harmonious neighborhood from the perspective of their daily life.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which explains the research background,the research scope of the daily public space,the daily traffic space,the daily function space and the daily communication space.This paper is based on the theory of daily life,the development of residential areas at home and abroad,as well as open blocks.The second part,It takes the existing residential area of Dalian in the 1980 s and 1990 s as the research object,Through the field research,the present situation of the daily public space is summarized and the existing problems are analyzed.Then,the third part,taking the daily life of residents as a perspective,combining with domestic and foreign cases,we raised bottom-up construction from point,line,face for existing problems of existing settlements.To face the basic needs of daily life,and to illustrate the use of illustrations to the construction method.And then take the neighborhood courtyard,open residential + closed group model,combining domestic and foreign cases,we do construction research to the open of the three types of daily public space in three aspects,including traffic accessibility,function sharing and interaction,to meet the diverse needs of the daily life ultimately.The last part,we chose the Nanshan district plots of Dalian University of Technology as the designed practice object.Using the construction techniques which are summarized before,combining with the specific situation of the plots,we take the elder’s one day life as the starting point to do the test design of the simulation construction to daily public space in the residential area.By using time,space intensive community micro-center,we hope we can create a good environment to promote the ideal of living contacts. |
