Study On The Renovation Strategy Of The Public Space Of Existing House In Dalian

With the high-speed development of the Housing Construction these thirty years,ourcountry has got rid of the housing shortage,the current housing construction is growing slowly now.High-speed development of it left a huge number old house,in order to improve the living quality of the residents,our Housing Construction will step into the living quality proving stage from the number growing under the leading of the national policy.Every region has been carrying out the renovation housing construction of the existing old houses to follow the national policy,there are differences between these regions because of the construction stage,alteration needs,funds indemnification,but the renovation position of these old house appears that they maintain the external walls,roofs,doors and windows,not to regenerate the public space.The space of the house is constitute of the public space and inner space of the house,and it relates to the living quality of the residents.Though the survey,we can find that the public space of the old house is unsafe,uncomfortable,and not beautiful.But,the public space of house is complicated in low,the limit of the public space is blurry,and the residents don't communicate so well,so the renovation of the public space becomes so hard.The goal of this study is to improve the living quality based on this background,the most important study is to the public space,we will propose the public space renovation suggestion of the existing house in Dalian by arranging the experience of the actual national and international renovation.There are following parts: firstly,to find out the characteristic of the existing house's public space,include the sort of it,the design points of it,and the relevant norms,and the rule and evolution of the public space.Secondly,collect the renovation cases of the developed countries and areas,then find out the strategy,summarize it though the picture showing.Then,make a extensive survey to the existing house in Dalian,summarize the existing problem of the public space of it,then analyze the challenge that we face now by combining the existing renovation activities;finally,chose the best case of the existing house of Dalian to propose the renovation strategy.The goal of this study is to improve the living quality based on the study to the renovation strategy of the public space of the existing house,to propose the right suggestion for the urgent need of the public space,in order to carry out it successfully.
