Design Of Snow Removal Vehicle Based On Community Service System

China is located in the northern hemisphere,there will be snowfall in winter,with thenatural environment changes and the rapid development of society,road snow removal problems more and more can not be ignored,it is with the public travel safety and traffic is closely related to the road.Especially in many developed countries,mechanized snow removal degree is very high and China's snow removal method behind the background,but also need to strengthen the road snow removal research.As the process of urbanization in our country,the community has become the main form of residents 'accommodation and living.With the rapid economic development and the improvement of people's living standard,the residents' demand for service facilities in the community is also higher and higher.And for the snow problem,the community is still using backward snow removal,has been unable to meet people's needs.After the understanding of the current snow machine market found that the use of snow removal equipment for the community almost nothing,so the design of a suitable for use within the community snow car can bring great convenience for the residents living.This paper,from the point of view of industrial design,uses the theory of service design as the guiding method in the community application,takes the small snow removal vehicle as the research object,realizes the innovative design of the product through the combination of theory and practice,sums up a set of suitable snow sweeper product design process and methods.This is a reference for future design of related fields.Based on the community service system of snow removal design practice is the focus of this issue.The article first through the community and service design related literature to collect and organize,in the community service system has a certain understanding began after the design practice.This paper uses the research methods of snow removal product research and community field research to find out the existing problems.Through the research of questionnaire survey,the user's needs are analyzed and summarized.The product design scheme is designed by user-centric approach,and the scheme is evaluated from the aspects of function,structure,appearance and usage method.The final scheme is selected and the design practice is completed on the basis of the research on the volume and the structure of the grass model.Through the design study of this subject,we can find that the theory of community service design related fields has a good guiding effect on the design of small snow removal vehicles.
