The airport runway snow removal vehicle,which is a special equipment for ensuring the operation of the airport in winter aiming at the snow cleaning process of the airport runway and meeting the snow cleaning standard of the runway.In winter,airport runway maintenance has been a major problem facing the northern airport transport department,can not simply transplant urban road snow shovel and other snow removal equipment for runway snow removal,in view of the existing special snow removal equipment research optimization design method,improve snow performance,meet the requirements of airport use,has important application value in engineering.In this paper,the main research object is to clean up the low density new dry snow on the airport runway.Firstly,the physical and mechanical properties of snow and the applicable conditions of special equipment for snow removal are summarized through a lot of literature analysis at home and abroad,and a snow removal mechanism arrangement scheme of the airport runway snow removal vehicle is determined by combining with the analysis of the snow removal process of the airport runway.Then,in view of the shortcoming that the adjustable space of the common fixed curvature snow shovel influencing snow performance parameters is not large,a variable curvature snow shovel surface design method is established based on the track method surface design idea and using the mathematical tool of differential geometry knowledge and index mark;According to the requirements of airport snow removal technology,a variable curvature snow shovel surface is designed by using the design method,and compared with the fixed curvature snow.By using fluent to simulate and analyze the snow removal process of the fixed curvature circular arc shovel and the variable curvature snow shovel established by using the design method in this paper,the simulation analysis and theoretical calculation results are compared,and the results show that the variable curvature snow shovel established by using the design method in this paper has better snow removal performance,and the design method has engineering application value,and is used for designing the variable curvature snow shovel design;According to the simulation results,some suggestions are put forward for the design and processing technology of snow shovel prototype.Finally,on the basis of the existing snow removal specific resistance model,an improved snow removal specific resistance model which accords with the actual snow removal condition of the snow shovel and comprehensively considers the comprehensive influence of the snow cutting angle of the blade and the swing angle of the snow shovel is established,and the accuracy of the new model is verified by comparing the test data;Based on the improved snow removal specific resistance model,the effect of snow cutting angle on snow removal power is studied.
