Abstract/Summary:
Gantry crane as a king of important mechanical equipment that mainly be used to cargo transportation,manufacturing and railway transportation,so it has a high efficiency used in many fields.Under the trend of industrial development,gantry crane tend to be more personalization,more customization and more intelligent development.The complicated and inefficient design method has much reduced the ablity of gantry crane to adapt to the changing market,which will be much more difficult to meet the personalized needs of the customers.Accordingly,a subject about the adaptive design and application for gantry crane based on knowledge reuse is proposed,that aimed at provides a kind of fast design method to meet the demands of users,and improve the ability of product to adapt to market changes.The research content is as follows:(1)The first part of the thesis is to put forward the background and research significance of the subject.The industrialized development has acceleratting the update of product,so it is necessary to seek an effective design method to improve the core competitiveness of product.Then,by analyzing the existing research of gantry crane、knowledge reuse and adaptive design,knowledge reuse and adaptive design are put forward and applied to the design process of gantry crane,the methodes are largely able to solve the technical problems of gantry crane.(2)The related theories of knowledge reuse mainly include the knowledge expression,the case retrieval process,the knowledge storage and management,Etc.That aimed at to sufficiently use the existing technology to quickly solve the design problems at hand and improve the value of product design.(3)The related technologies of the design mainly include parametric design and modular designb,the mothed can optimize quickly the design process of crane,so the adaptable design is perfectly described by the above analysis.(4)It is fundamental for the whole design to establish the gantry crane adaptable design system,which includes the choice of design tools,the division of design process,the planning of the main content,Etc.The knowledge base built is helpful to storage effectively design knowledge of crane,and make sure complete design activities favourably.(5)Container gantry crane is taken as instance to validate the practical value and research significance of the project.The design process of knowledge reuse partly and knowledge reuse completely are as the key research to quickly complete the adaptable design of container gantry crane,so the examples can verify fully the practicality of the method.Knowledge reuse proposed by the paper provides a new fast design method to the adaptable design process,which increases the richness and flexibility of design.The application of two methods has solved successfully many technical defects in the design process of container gantry crane.What is more important is that the design system not only meets personalized the needs quickly,but also applys to different types of gantry crane even more interdisciplinary design.So the subject has better economic efficiency and more social benefits for firm.
