Research On Reconstruction Design Of Ecological Building Environment In Fengjing Town Cultural And Historical District

With the rapid and sustainable development of China’s economy,the construction and renewal of cities expand at an unprecedented scale.The protection,restoration and reuse of traditional historical buildings has become a concern of all social classes at present.Taking Fengjing historic district as an example,this paper discusses the regeneration of historical buildings in the context of ecological culture,studies the key points of reconstruction for the restoration and redesign of the interior and exterior space of buildings,and explores the strategies conducive to the sustainable development of the city.This paper is divided into three parts and five chapters in total.The first part is the introduction and theory were summarized,mainly elaborated the selected topic background and significance,on the basis of summarizing the related theory of carding the historical block space development modes,analyses the environment space of a historic district in nearly a decade at home and abroad,summarizes the research progress of,clear purpose of the study,which in the reasonable protection and development of parallel to block the space in the concept of ecological environmental quality to make comparison and analysis.The research is mainly written in the first chapter.The second part is the definition of the related concepts and terms of the protection and regeneration of the environmental space of the historic block and its building community,and discusses its different protection measures,strategies and key points.At the same time,the concept of ecological culture is instilled and embodied in the design of block space environment,striving to preserve the integrity and authenticity of traditional block space,and to continue the life and cultural atmosphere of aboriginal people.The research is mainly written in the second and third chapters.The third part is combined with the specific case,this paper discusses the Shanghai fengjing Historic district;Transformation and renewal;Continue;History and culture;Building insuranceancient town in the contradiction between the traditional historical block protection and development and points out the principles and methods of protection,the analysis of the block environment space,on the basis of historical context and protection value,combined with ecological development idea,from the perspective of respect historical architecture style texture,by the transformation of the building using attributes and optimization,analyze the internal and external value,on the premise of positive protection and put forward the internal space transformation strategy;In the continuation of the old block space form at the same time,recovery blocks of historical and cultural features,make the updated town is rich in historical sites,and that features a certain age,to the continuation of the unique urban cultural heritage,create a already meet the need of people’s life,meet the demand of modern leisure and culture,and makes possible the continuation of context and the development of the high grade of historical block.
