Study On The Reconstruction Strategy Of The Old Buildings In The Street Blocks Of Beijing West Mill Street Renewal

The problem of old city renewal in Beijing is becoming more and more serious.Since the beginning of 1990 "dangerous rebuild",according to twenty-five years of practice,The old city have experienced a variety of old city renewal,but still face the problem and the regret.At present,the old city of Beijing into an awkward stalemate.The update of the West Mill Street is very different from the old one in Beijing.It is a new perspective to solve the problem of the renovation of the old city,through a unique way of thinking and operational strategies for the organic renewal of the new translation and practice.Its strategy and mechanism have a positive effect on the development of Beijing old city renewal.The aim of this paper is to investigate and study the case,hoping to provide positive guidance for the renewal of the old city of Beijing.The first chapter is "Introduction": Starting from the background of the topic,determine the scope of the object of study,finally puts forward the research method and research framework.The second chapter,is makeing a survey and Research on the West Mill Streat from the historical evolution,the characteristics of the historical buildings,the current status of the old buildings and so on,summarizing the main problems that restrict the development of the project.The third chapter is “the analysis of the strategy of the West polishing factory”.The fourth chapter is “the significance of the renewal strategy of the West mill in Beijing".From the two aspects of practical significance and theoretical significance,this paper analyzes the status and role of the Western Mill Street pilot in the historical changes of the old city renewal in Beijing.The fifth chapter summarizes the existing problems in practice,and evaluates the achievements of the West Mill Street renovation.This paper sums up and looks forward to the protection and utilization of old buildings in the old city renewal of Beijing.
