Study Coordination Of Land Use Planning And Safety Planning Of The Economic Development Zone In Lijin

The Economic Development Zone(EDZ)is an industrial and densely populated region.It has made great achievements after years of development,but also brought a lot of security problems.Some chemical accident caused serious damages because of the lack of security planning.Recently,national researchers studied methods.content and procedures of land use safety planning.However,how to implement land use security planning remains an unsolved problem.This thesis researches coordination of Land Use Safety Planning and Land Use Planning from the systematic and technical aspect.feedback and optimize Land Use Safety planning ’s program and content.I first review research status,legislation,the concept,principles and content of land-use planning and land use safety planning.I show the theoretical basis of coordination about The Land-Use Planning and Land Use Safety Planning.I then study the coordination problem,analyze some reasons of the uncoordinated and give some advices on the Land-Use Planning and Land Use Safety Planning.feedback and optimize program and content of Land Use Safety Planning.Finally,I analyze the coordination of Land Use Planning and Lijin EDZ’ Land Use Safety Planning,and further give some advices to improve the coordination.I show the content and program on Lijin EDZ’ Land Use Safety Planning in order to solve the safety problems and promote sustainable development.
