| The construction of the power user information collection system is an important part of smart grid construction, which will realize the on-line monitoring and devices important information to the user in real time, provide timely and accurate data base for "SG186" Information Systems, provide analysis and decision support for various aspects of business management. It is the objective needs of the smart grid construction to enhance the ability to respond quickly to market changes, rapid response capabilities and users of electricity the state of interactive capabilities quickly to customer needs. In this study, the design is based on Liangshan Power Supply Company’s power user information collection system.This paper focus on the study of Liangshan Power Supply Company’s power user information collection system, studies current domestic and foreign power load management system, and residents meter reading system and other electrical field data acquisition system. On the basis of comparative analysis and combined the characteristics of residential electricity in Liangshan, this paper designs a new new information collection system for power users in Liangshan.This paper analyzes the requirements, design and realization of the construction for the power information collection system in Liangshan. Propose the overall structural model of the system and the characteristics of the system based on its actual needs. In this paper, the information technology architecture, business functions and network architecture framework of the system are designed. The main problem with this system is studied in the installation and commissioning of the system operation and maintenance aspects of existence, especially the main index requirements and fault troubleshooting and other field operation. In addition, the system will be designed to GPRS/CDMA/SMS, low-voltage power line carrier, and other advanced communications technologies and large-scale databases, embedded computer technology set as a whole, based on B/S and C/S mode, complete master, data acquisition layer, three-tier architecture design and system function monitoring layer metering complete implementation.In short, this paper studies the electricity user information collection system in Liangshan Power Supply Company. Establish a set of basic applications, advanced applications, operational management, statistical queries, and system management in one of the five functional modules electricity users of electricity information collection system, fully meet user demand for electricity power enterprise information collection and management. |
