In recent years as the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,on the basis of the power electronic technology of high power devices and nonlinear loads in a lot of application in the industrial and civilian system.These nonlinear,impact and wave loads cause the power grid waveform distortion(harmonic),voltage fluctuation,flicker,three phase unbalance and asymmetric.The power quality monitoring device can measure and analyze the AC power quality of the public grid to the user's receiving end,and measure and analyze the influence of various electric equipment on the power quality of the public grid under different operating conditions,and help the users to solve the problems arising in the process of the adjustment and delivery of the power equipment.Firstly,the hardware of the power quality monitoring device is analyzed.The Main Processor Unit uses floating-point Digital Signal Processor(DSP)+Advanced RISC Machine(ARM).DSP synchronously collects 36 channel analog input channels and 50 switches.After the data analysis and processing,the 30-way remote output can be realized.DSP through the coprocessor ARM(ARMLPC2292)communicate Database Management Unit asynchronous communication.During the operation of the Main Processor Unit,the CAN interface of ARM is used to communicate with the Database Management Unit in real time,and then the external communication function is realized.Secondly,the software of power quality monitoring device is analyzed.The software design of power quality monitoring device consists of three parts: the first part,the main logic function of power quality monitoring..the second part,Through the hardware programming language realizes the simulation and the switch quantity data automatic sampling and so on function;The third part introduces the data interaction program of the main processor unit and the database Management unit.Finally,Through the third-party rigorous testing,it is verified that the power quality monitoring device designed by this project has reliable performance.In the electromagnetic compatibility experiment,the device data acquisition is accurate,the external network communication is stable,the bit error rate is low.This test verified that all functions of the device can meet the general requirements of GB / T 19862-2005 power quality monitoring equipment for design,with various types of engineering site applicability.
