Scale suburban large living area of more than the general residential area studied in this paper "Suburban large living area public facilities" includes both "residential district" of public services in the traditional sense,but also part of the regional co-ordination of public facilities,which serving a population of 200,000 or less normally.In the market of residential development background,factors affecting a large suburban residential areas public support of the development process can be decomposed into configuration,layout,construction methods and operations management in four aspects,which involves government-controlled public welfare and market operation the relationship between profitability.In this paper,theoretical results of urban planning,architecture,economics,management science and other disciplines,using actual case study,comparative study of a variety of research methods,data analysis,from an economic point of view to start by supporting the classification of the public,depth study of suburban residential areas of large public supporting the design process and put forward feasible suggestions and methods from a technical point of view the configuration and planning,as well as investment and construction and operational perspective of economic management,and strive to solve the problem of large-scale suburban residential area facing public support.The first chapter,ask questions,to study and define the scope of this paper to do,and discussed the framework of the background,the significance and the full text,research and related fields was summarized.The second chapter,analysis of the problem,the main purpose is the large suburban residential areas supporting public connotation explanation.This chapter analyzes the large suburban residential areas public facilities are unique,including special suburban location,large-scale long period,leading developers,supporting multiple composite function,the pursuit of the special relationship between efficiency and equity co-exist and developers,government and the owners.Then affect the development of the technical,economic and management factors do in-depth analysis.Finally,according to the relevant normative analysis,summarized the definition of its content,provide a basis for further research.The third chapter,analyze problems,overall study of large suburban residential areas public facilities configuration,planning,construction and management practices.This chapter first briefly summarize the suburbs of large residential development steps from the developer's point of view,then from four aspects related to the development steps detailed analysis supporting its overall characteristics and problems.The fourth chapter,to solve the problem,focusing on features based on the price of public support into three categories: profitable public facilities,public facilities and non-profit potential profit public support.With this new classification,we can more accurately grasp the various public supporting product attributes,market demand,sources of funding and operating strategy,but also various types of supporting more clearly the reality of the problem,so that on balance,provide a solid foundation for solving problems.The fifth chapter,based on the previous article,summed up the current large-scale suburban residential areas and public policies supporting the design inspiration.
