With the promotion of urbanization in China,urban rail transit receives much concern based on its high efficiency,land saving,energy conservation and green characteristics.At present,subway is available in 25 cities in including Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Chongqing,Wuhan,Shenzhen,Nanjing,etc.The passenger flow volume that the rail transit created as a public infrastructure can stimulate commercial activity,while the commercial complex can provide real estate construction related to rail transit.The complementary relationship between subway station and commercial complex makes the integration development of rail transit and urban complex become an irresistible trend of intensive development of urban space.Currently,such problem as separate fragment,simple connecting mode,simple service function,and low efficient walking space exists in the integration development of rail transit and urban complex.It has failed to meet citizen’s travel demand.As a result,the rail transit complex is lack of vitality,and the large number of people from the rail transit fails to promote the development of urban complex.These problems can be summarized as that no attention was made to the connecting node space between rail transit and complex.The optimization of node space refers to connect the station and the separate part of complex together,which can effectively improve the operating efficiency of rail transit complex.In addition,reasonable design for the node space of rail transit complex and favorable node space quality will greatly attract the consumers and improve the space vitality of rail transit complex.Due to the lack of sufficient examples and long term construction experience,most summaries and conclusions on the design and research of rail transit complex node space are based on case analysis without systematic design principles and strategies.This article takes the node space of rail transit complex as research object.As a country with insufficient land resources in Asia,Japan takes station as center and drives up the comprehensive development of surrounding land area.Such mode has become unique in urban construction in Japan,which is worth our reference in Chongqing,China.For the spatial development of rail transit complex in Japan and related document research,8 cities and rail transit complex space of 25 stations were investigated.Such basic information as total construction area of rail transit complex of 25 stations,location,construction scale,and relations to the facilities of rail transit was first taken into account.With the consideration of plane,spatial distribution characteristics of section node,as well as the organization pattern of its node space,this article focuses on the inspiration from Station-Urban Integration in Japan and insufficient node space in Chongqing rail transit complex,and formulates design principles and corresponding design strategy for the node space of rail transit complex.Finally,the main research viewpoints of this article were discussed according to the analysis investigation on the rail transit complex of Riyueguang Central Square.This article can be mainly divided into three parts.Part one: Chapter I and Chapter II.Research theory and literature of urban rail transit station space at home and abroad is analyzed.Based on the development status of rail transit station space in Chongqing,this article suggests that the connecting space of rail transit station is the key to promote the integration of station and urban complex.It also elaborates the necessity of building connecting space between rail station and urban complex.The research significance,research object,research method and framework of this subject are clear.In addition,this article also points out the similarity of Japanese cities and Chongqing in terms of high density construction and development.The successful experience and lessons of Japanese cities in the course of developing rail transit complex is of great reference to Chongqing region.Further,the theory and literature related to spatial development of Japanese rail transit complex also play a critical role in how its rail transit complex space is developed to node space;and the node space can be divided into three types according to the function of different node space,providing reference to the investigation of rail transit complex.Part Two: Chapter.The node space of rail transit complex is investigated and analyzed.The Rail transit complex of 25 stations was investigated in Japan.From the scale of construction,function elements,and spatial distribution characteristics,three organization modes corresponding to three types of node space are summarized to draw a conclusion on the relevant enlightenment from node space construction in Japanese rail transit complex and the deficiencies of node space in Chongqing rail transit complex.Part Three: Chapter Four,Chapter Five,and Chapter Six.Based on the existing problems of node space in Chongqing rail transit complex,this article conducts a detail study and elaboration on the optimization design goal of node space in rail transit complex,principle,and strategy,and selects the Riyueguang Central Square practical case as optimizing.With both theory and practice,verification and application are conducted on the research result of this article,and conclusion of this article is drawn in the final. |
