The factors of limited land resources, High density of urban population and the increasingly complex of functions and requirements lead to the traditional way of urban development can no longer adapt the demand of space. Multiple-level, three-dimensional urban structure are important methods of high efficient use of land resources and exploring the potential of the land. The three-dimensional urban development is a new trend which adapt today’s urban development.The three-dimensional urban refers to the three-dimensional urban base, which reflect in creating the three-dimensional urban structure by using the three-dimensional of urban base. The three-dimensional of urban base qualified the urban from and size. On the other hand, The three-dimensional of urban base has provided the foundation of the space for human’s a variety of public activities.Rail transit complex appeared under the background of intensify, function multiple, super human scale of space and the integration of space systems. As architectures with high degree of public and opening, the public space of complex has become an important part to contact the urban and the complex, also organize the complex itself.
