The Research On Strategies Of Community Commercial Spatial Distribution In Harbin

The development of community Commerce plays an important role in promoting the overall consumption and commercial development.Firstly,this paper focuses on the relevant theories of community commerce and domestic business development community.By taking three examples of Xuan Xi community in the old city of Harbin,Yong Jing Xi An community in Harbin West district,and Wanda City in Songbei Area,we research all kinds of the influence factors and summarize the main problems of community commerce development.Combined with the actual cases analysis and forecast model of development trend,then put forward relevant suggestions and comments.Secondly,in this paper,through the analysis of literature,analysis of induction,feature extraction and on-the-spot investigation and research and other research methods on the formation of Harbin community commercial space layout of the various elements of the specific analysis,and to discuss the situation in the site layout,scale area,service radius,etc.Combined with the typical community business cases and development model in other parts of the country for reference to the future development of community commerce in Harbin.Finally,basis on the above research and analysis,combined with the current situation and future development trend of community commerce to Harbin community commercial space layout of the related research is put forward on the space fusion creating intercourse space,the street space as well as the internal sale,walking,garage space,on the development of multiple functions,standardization,improve the environment,the upgrade of the formats,adjust the structure of multiple aspects,etc.These proposals will provide theoretical support and scientific basis for the future community commercial space layout in Harbin city from the aspects of spatial structure planning,business development model and community environment development plan,let Harbin city community commercial space both popularity and benefit,fanning out from point to area promote the city's downtown area within the community commercial space layout updates,and further to improve the environment and the industry improve to enhance the quality of life for area residents,promote the development of economy and society rapidly of Harbin.
