H company,as the first domestic certified by ISO9001 international quality guarantee system of power plant engineering general contracting company,on the basis of a good groundmass,through thirty years of wind and rain,has grown to China's large power engineering general contracting and electromechanical equipment export large backbone enterprises.However,as a large power station is the first complete sets of equipment export still exist in the process of managing project schedule management bottlenecks.In this paper,the actual situation of H company,carding and analysis the current plan most thermal power projects and the implementation of the two aspects of the main problems,and gives the solutions and the corresponding security measures.In this paper,the structure and the main contents are as follows: first introduces the status of H company thermal power project management,and puts forward the main problems this paper:(1)thermal power company H project schedule management goal is not clear enough;(2)engineering project schedule development process of H company's problems: at present,H company project schedule in the work breakdown structure(hereinafter referred to as “WBS”)decomposition,establish logical relationship,work weight distribution,resources load factors are inconsistent with the actual situation of the project,the project schedule caused by distortion;(3)the existence of H company project schedule problems in the implementation process: at present,H Our project schedule on schedule deviation warning,there is inconsistent with the actual project schedule deviation handling procedures,cause out of control of project schedule management.Then,VT3 project in H company as an example to put forward specific proposals to solve the problem:(1)VT3 project schedule management objectives clear solution;(2)the solution process of VT3 project schedule planning improved,respectively,from WBS,work logic,work weight distribution,preparation and processing method of specific resource loading scheme,to solve the distortion problem of project schedule;(3)VT3 solution project schedule implementation of process improvement,respectively from the schedule deviation warning.The operation and processing method are given specific aspects of progress deviation treatment scheme,out of control of project schedule management.Finally,the VT3 project of H company as an example,respectively from the schedule management information system The improvement of the schedule management organization establishment and the progress management rules and regulations system's consummation angle,proposed the VT3 project progress management improvement guarantee measure.Through analyzing and summarizing the current situation and existing problems of schedule management of H company,and with the VT3 project schedule management of the preparation and implementation of two aspects of improved solutions,and puts forward the corresponding measures,in order to ensure the progress of the research in this paper,VT3 project planning and implementation smoothly,has certain guiding significance and the improvement of the project management company.
