Research On Layout Adjusting Of Dangjia Village

The protection and development of historical and cultural villages and towns is an eternal subject of urban planning.Protection and development seem to have some contradictions,but also to contain each other two elements.When the protection is too difficult to develop,the protection of historical and cultural villages and towns will also lack the economic power forward;when the development is too fast,the protection will be subject to a certain impact or even destroy the village and thus lose the material basis for development.Protection and development of the problem is more balanced in the space between the different interests of the game relationship.Including the government,businesses,aborigines,tourists,etc.,they play a key role in the protection and development of the village,led by the body.Different actors in the social,economic,cultural and spatial have different contradictions and aspirations,the co-ordination of these demands to a certain extent,promote the relationship between protection and development balance.History and culture of the village of protection and development issues covered by the subject and the problems involved are very complex,including sociology,economics,tourism,architecture and so on.Among them,one of the core of urban planning is the study of urban external space.Therefore,how to use the space in the rational and scientific layout and distribution of different subjects in the same historical and cultural villages and towns in both independent and cooperative cooperation is the key to this study.This paper studies the spatial use of different subjects in the recreational space,service space,living space and transportation space of the Dangjia village by using the spatial syntax,the three-dimensional analysis tools in ArcGIS platform,the traffic network construction tools,the grid overlay technology and other mathematical analysis tools Layout analysis,put forward the different subjects in the space layout of the problem and study the corresponding solution.The study is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background and purpose,the research summary,the research object and the scope of the research,the research content,the method and the frame.The second chapter first elaborates the course of the evolution of the Dangjia village and analyzes the layout of the current situation of the Dangjia village.The third chapter,the fourth chapter,the fifth chapter and the sixth chapter respectively to the Dangjia village living space,service facilities space,traffic space and recreation space layout analysis and spatial adjustment.In the seventh chapter,the paper summarizes the subspace research of the first four chapters,and puts forward the plan of spatial arrangement of the Dangjia village,and uses the same quantitative method to optimize the adjustment scheme.Through the adjustment of the spatial layout of the Dangjia village,the tourists and the aborigines in the use of the external space of the village has been better coordinated development.The use of living space to protect the living space of tourists and aborigines,and the living space for hierarchical control and optimization,to improve the living environment of the Dangjia village;in the service facilities space adjustment,the number of tourists in the village to get The villagers in the use of public service facilities to enjoy a more convenient and more reasonable facilities layout,and the use of facilities in the visitors on a better deployment;in the layout of the traffic space to improve the car line and pedestrian network system,So that the different subjects in the village in the traffic demands have been a reasonable adjustment of the feedback;in the use of recreational space to enrich the aboriginal recreation space and visitors to the main tour activities to obtain a better viewing experience.Therefore,this research has basically reached the coordination and operation of the main body on the protection and development of historical and cultural villages and towns,and provided scientific methods and powerful reference for other similar historical and cultural villages and towns in the protection and development of space.
