Study On Stormwater Management Measures Of Low Impact Development (LID) In Old Urban Area Under The Background Of Sponge City

In Central Conference of urbanization,2013,China formally proposed to build "Sponge Cities" of "natural accumulation,natural infiltration and natural purification".Low impact development(LID)is the main theory and technical measure of runoff controlling,original city hydrological regime restoring in building a "sponge city".This dissertation mainly studies the way and method of the application of LID rainwater management measures in the old urban area and the strategy of transformation under the background of sponge city,which has low influence on the development of rainwater management measures in the old urban area.Taking the old urban area of Hefei as the research object,analyzes and researches are made according to its present condition and related details.First,the basic database of the old urban area of Hefei is established,analyze on the management problems of rainwater in the old urban area of Hefei is made,the goal of rainwater control is determined.Then put forward the principles and strategies for the application of the management measures of rainwater.Secondly,suitable measures for the old urban areas are selected from the many rainwater management measures,The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to set up the evaluation model for the rainwater management measures suitable for the old urban areas.Three aspects are considered in this process: adaptability,functional benefits and economic input of the measures.By examine Hefei old urban areas,the evaluation system is settled and applicable measures are compared and analyzed.Rainwater storage demand and flood risk in old Hefei urban area is analyzed and its renewability is assessed.Key drainage area is divided according to the types of land use or the nature of land.Then the corresponding reconstruction plan is proposed.After the researches above,this dissertation puts forward the conclusions of Rain Water's management measures of low-impact development in the old urban area from the spatial level;summarizes and analyzes the guiding strategies for the renewal of the old urban area based on low-impact development rainwater management measures from management level;and the dissertation's current limitations and future development is proposed.This dissertation puts forward the renewal strategies for the old urban areas' rainwater management by collecting and analyzing the applications of rainwater management measures to the low-impact development of Hefei's old urban areas.Feasible ideas and methods for the application of rainwater management measures in the old city are presented in the dissertation.
