Research Of Sponge Block Design Based On Low Impact Development

With the development of urbanization in China,a series of water environment problems have begun to highlight.On the one hand,the urban is suffering from a heavy water-shortage,and on the other hand,a large of rainwater flow away without any collection subjects,which cause serious waste and pollute-on.City often suffer from floods of "every rain will flood ills ",which suggests the city is in weakness of serious weather,and urban-sustainability needs new thought and mode of flood-management.The concept of sponge city is a new exploration of the urban development model based on the low-impact-development concept,which is the new direction of the urban planning and construction in the future.Based on the background that our country is promoting the construction of sponge city,the research tries to explore the embodiment and application of the concept of low-impact-development in block scale.At first,the relative concept of low-impact-development and sponge block,the research contents and methods of route are analyzed.Then the research contents,the methods of route and the influence factors are cleared.The paper tries to concrete a framework that include the principle,the index system,the procedure and the main contents which is fit for the block.Then,it focuses on the green landscape,road square and building that as the main elements of the block.Planning strategies are discussed in detail based on the low impact development concept and focus on the development of the system from the eye of spatial construction.The implementation of the construction of the sponge block is to provide a reference,and enhance the construction of sponge city in the block-scale.Based on the above research,the practice of the construction of the block is carried out in the way of the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods in Tianjin city,and the practical effect is proved to be quite well after the evaluation of SWMM model.
