The Research Of Pension Building Regional Difference In The Outdoor Space Design

By the end of 2014,China had 15.5 per cent of the population aged 60 and older,and the vast majority of the population had already aged.In terms of architecture,how built is suitable for the elderly living,activities become the key problem,but regional differences affect the architecture design of pension is rarely mentioned.The great changes in the physical and psychological aspects of the elderly make the structure of old-age buildings more demanding than other buildings in all respects,and they are more sensitive to geographical differences.Due to the development of science and technology,regional differences on the comfort of interior space can be off the air conditioning system,new ways such as glass,passive lighting gradually decreases,and the outdoor environment has become the main impact of regional differences in object,therefore this outdoor space for pension architecture design to study the influence on the regional differences.In this paper,on the basis of environmental behavior,theory of critical regionalism,combined with the analysis and research,in the natural environment differences,building resources,regional variations in social and cultural differences in three aspects of pension building to analyze the influence of the outdoor space designThere are several points for the definition of the topic and the scope of research.The study was aimed at the elderly.Old age building.The nursing homes,nursing homes and elderly apartments for elderly care facilities are targeted at the institute.Outdoor space.Study the space of outdoor space for the discussion of regional differences.The transportation space and auxiliary space are not required for outdoor activities and are not affected by regional differences.Therefore,they will not be discussed in this document.This paper begins with the background of the research and the relevant concepts,and then sets up the thesis framework and research method after analyzing the present situation of domestic and foreign research.The second chapter is the theoretical analysis,starting with the basic characteristics of the elderly,and laying the foundation for the following research,combining the theory of environmental behavior and the regional theory of criticism.Chapter 3 is the case study and analysis.Through six different regions across the country to select the city's pension architecture typical case analysis,and questionnaire survey analysis,analysis of structures under different geographical endowment outdoor space design of regional differences.Chapter 4 to chapter 6respectively from natural environment differences,building resources,social differentiation differences between the three parties face pension building design principles and design ideas,outdoor space design and summary at the end of the chapters.Hope to through in this paper,we study a little progress,to pension building outdoor space design in the regional differences of supplement and reference meaning to a certain extent,and can in the future for the elderly are more comfortable and convenient living environment,to be able to "old age in accordance with the time,and teaching and old-aged's providing".
