A Study On The B&B Building Of Vernacular Culture In Ningbo Area

With the rapid development of our country's rural tourism,the Bed and Breakfast building by foreign countries into the mainland,and is considered an upgraded version of traditional rural tourism.In recent years,especially in China's coastal areas of rural areas,B&B sought after by consumers,led the development of rural economy,has gradually become an important part of the future rural tourism construction.However,due to the lack of appropriate guidance,some rural B&B developed disorderly,is constantly undermine the survival of the rural environment and cultural foundation.This study attempts to explore the essence of B&B,to build a reasonable design concept,and guide the sustainable development of B&B.In this paper,the B&B which based on local culture in Ningbo area are taken as the study object.This paper uses the literature analysis method to analyze the concept of the B&B and the behavior of tourists staying in rural B&B building,and then use the data of the tourism reservation platform to study the development of rural B&B in Ningbo.And then the paper classifies the study of nine rural B&B in Ningbo from the site environment,the overall layout,architectural features,architectural modeling,interior space,courtyard layout and architectural decoration and other aspects of the field research,and finally it compared rural B&B building in Ningbo with Taiwan,analyze the differences between the two of them and the factors that cause the difference.The study found that rural B&B is an extension of rural dwellings,with the basic characteristics of life,local and commercial.The behavior of tourists staying in ruralB&B is mainly affected by the external environment,meanwhile related to the diversified needs of the individual,which is the performance of the transformation and upgrading of China's consumption patterns.The rural B&B in Ningbo mainly rely on the distribution of scenic spots,the number of rooms generally in 15 below,has been gradually out of the traditional farm music type,began to pursue a variety of quality of life,its main performance for the indoor and outdoor space style and living facilities.Compared with Taiwan's B&B,the development of rural B&B in Ningbo is mainly subject to land policy,the inherent lack of reasonable positioning,lack of interaction between subject and object,hard to find traces of life,can not be integrated into the rural areas and serious waste of resources and other issues.In terms of design,The rural B&B in Ningbo should be based on its own characteristics,adjust measures to local conditions,integrate into the rural industry,choose a reasonable choice of space structure,emphasizing the common participation,while focusing on the construction of space situation and green energy.
