Rural Collective Pension Architectural Design

In2010China’s sixth census data shows，China’s population ageing rate alreadyamounted to8.9%，expected in2050will reach30%，will reach30percent by2050，the face is accelerating ran into the situation of an aging society，and in many places isclearly ill-prepared，in particular，rural pension mechanism is not perfect, effectivesocial pension there are many gaps. In Hebei，a new rural old-age model-mutual"happy house"，in support of the government gradually mature，well made up ofChina’s rural pension system pale.As an architect, in their level of knowledge and areas of work, attention to theproblems of the elderly is the core of endowment building design and construction of specific strategies on how to deal with. In this thesis, starting from the actualsituation of China’s rural pension, analysis and study of the rural elderly residentia1indoor and outdoor of the building environment, explore the demand for rural areas of the "empty nest" elderly residential indoor and outdoor environment of Old-Age behavior, and then proposed the view of our country’s rural mutual aid " Hap-py Home"architectural design methods, a reasonable configuration of existing so-cial resources, out of a suitable current level of development of rural old-age road is the purpose of this thesis, in theory, to complement the current China’s vill-ages pension architectural theory, as guidance in the practice of architectural pla-ning and design of existing rural mutual aid "Happy Homes "，and the relevantdepartments to provide some theoretical guidance and architectural design refere-This paper first proceed from the perspective of theoretical research findings andstatistics to the practice as the theoretical basis，combining the disciplines of psycho-logy, statistics, environmental behavior, architecture, theories and methods，analysis of China’s rural areas "empty nest" old people living residence characteristics andneeds, and provide theoretical and practical basis for the specific building design.Subsequently, in accordance with the "people-oriented "design principles, startingfrom the characteristics of rural elderly and pension needs of rural mutual aid"Happy Homes " construction site，the total graphic design, architectural indoor and outdoor environmental design，public services and functional design of allaspects of the design and analysis. Finally, the preliminary explore the rural mutualaid " Happy Homes " construction of intelligent design, and study the pension serv-ice system for rural mutual aid "Happy Homes" and the development of operatingmode". Through mutual aid Happy Homes " Architectural Design Research, foundthat the existing building and to give their own proposals，environmental design andresearch on the elderly living in rural areas do serve as a stimulus.
