In recent years,mental pressure of people towards haze has been significantly enhanced.Inhibition on the growth trend of high energy consumption in construction industry and reasonable utilization of energy resources are conductive for alleviating such phenomenon.Along with the growth of quantity of college students year after year,proportion of college building energy consumption against total energy consumption of the society has gradually increased.Currently,energy conservation consciousness of students is not strong,and college building energy conservation management system is not complete yet,which have impeded implementation of college energy conservation works.Therefore,it is essential for the implementation of college energy conservation works to carry out studies on the variation trend of energy conservation of different college buildings and prepare reasonable energy conservation control strategies.College public building energy conservation works involve multiple links,including energy consumption data collection and analysis,energy conservation strategies and so on.The article analyzed statistical indicators,energy use features and influencing factors of college public building energy consumption,and summarized its features;based on the GA-BP algorithm,the article created appropriate energy consumption prediction models for the laboratory building,administration building,teaching building,gymnasium,library,dormitory and canteen,and verified the generality of these models;by applying the SQL Server 2012 software and MCGS software,the article established the college public building energy conservation management system,tested functions of the new energy consumption prediction model,water supply control system,heating control system and self-study room automatic reservation system,and verified the system feasibility.According to the results,among specific energy consumption items,lighting energy consumption accounts for a significant proportion.Energy consumption of air-conditioning in summer may exceed that of lighting.There is a great possibility for peak values of energy consumption of different public buildings to appear in June;prediction effects of GA-BP model are superior to those of BP model.Prediction effects of the BP model are not stable;in the case of inputting multidimensional variables,prediction errors might be significant.New functions of the energy conservation management system are running well;the system serves as the technical means for implementation of the energy decision-making and energy conservation plan by college managerial staffs.
