Xi'an, the important city in northwest of China, is connecting the east and west of China in economy and civilization. The large area of big public building of Xi'an means that the sustainable growth of energy consumption of construction already was irreversible. And this may caused the energy pressure of Xi'an to be even more serious. So we must explore one way to suit special society natural environment of Xi'an, and significantly reduces the energy consumption of construction in order to realize the sustainable development of Xi'an.Firstly,through analysis of the massive correlation data,we have obtained the general characteristics of energy consumption of large public buildings in Xi'an;we also analyze the energy consumption characteristic of large government office buildings, markets, hotels, libraries in detail and summarize the rule of their energy consumption; on the basis of the above study, we analyze the reason for the large energy consumption of large-scale public buildings in Xi'an and point out that it is imperative to carry out the large-scale public building energy conservation management .Secend, imitate the energy consumption of three kinds of large-scale public buildings,the large-scale hotel construction, the large-scale office building and the large-scale market construct,by the large-scale commercial software EnergyPlus, separately. After comparing corrent data with the simulated data with the energy-efficient technology added, analyze the potential applications of the energy-efficient technology in the three kinds of large-scale public buildings and give suggestions from the standpoint of design.Third, in according to our research results of consumes energy of big public building equipment, the building air conditioning, the building illumination, and the life hot water, and the actual situation of Xi'an', several technical program were proposed to reduce the consumption energy of big public building in Xi'an. And we give some suggestions from several aspects, such as establishment of perfect laws and regulations system, complement of standard specification, research and formulation economic measures of driving government, and optimization of city energy structure .Finally, based on new physical works projects, a detailed analysis of large public buildings in Xi'an energy technology programs and economic and social benefits. |
